T.A.B.S Place has worked with Annette for over five years. She was displaced from her family suffering from chronic homelessness, living in a tent and chronic alcohol addiction, when we first met but through collaborative efforts with local resources, nonprofit organizations and other entities her life has been restored.
She currently has a relationship with her son and her grandchildren. She now lives in her own apartment and is establishing roots within her community! She visits Freedom Life Church regularly and was baptized in water, as well as volunteering for T.A.B.S. Place, Inc. To help Transition Another Beneficial Successor.

In 2023, Alex sought help at Tabs Place during a challenging period of his life. He was transitioning between homes, unemployed, and struggling with mental health issues. With our support, via Marilyn, he received temporary employment, state benefits, and mental health assistance, which enabled him to overcome substance dependence. Alex is now an active member of Solid Rock Community Church in Kissimmee, FL, where he serves as a door usher.
